Video Games and Your Child

Addressing video games specifically, Zone’in’s short flyer “Video Games and Your Child” describes physical, mental, social and academic problems that result from too much video game play. Research findings on video games and how they affect young children’s health and well-being and guidelines for how much media and what kind of media to allow are also included. 

Zone’in, a program created and run by Cris Rowan, works to combat physical, mental, social, and academic impairments in children caused by a dependence on technology.
