Parent Letter Template to Opt Out of Screens In Schools

A printable letter from the parent to the school, expressing that their child does not have parental permission to use any computer or other electronic devices while at school.  This letter can be used with the Doctor Opt Out Letter, or as a stand alone. The Parent Opt Out Letter is more specific to the addition of online harms and builds on the Doctor Opt Out Letter with more specifics and research.
