Ever wonder what teens have to say about their tech? Then this is the guide for you!

Dear Parents is a unique, fascinating, and beautifully produced digital well-being resource by teens for parents and other adult caregivers. These are authentic teen voices sharing their thoughts and hopes about screens, phones, and digital devices -- and how they really want to relate with their parents about them. Our teen authors, Action Network Advisory Board Youth Members Celine Bernhardt-Lanier and Aliza Kopans, surveyed teens and parents around the world to create a guide for parents that teaches them to listen to their teens with CARE (Curiosity, An Open Mind, Respect, and Empathy) and respond with LOVE (Lots of Questions, Optimism, Validation, and Engagement). We bring you this resource, which includes a printable conversation guide, to support conversations around tech that foster understanding, respect, and collaboration, ultimately building trust between parent and teen.

*As a special gift, the Action Network also offers you the opportunity to put the Dear Parents resource into action! Click to receive your free Dear Parents Companion Goal on the new Tripod Goal Success System.*
